6. Damn! I ve got message that I have finish my 5 GB of download of broadband. How can i get it back??
Once you've exceeded the usage of 5GB quota therefore you can purchase an additional of 5GB quota. Currently, Celcom offers additional volume purchase at the rate of RM15 for 1GB or RM50 for 5GB. The purchased volume will be reflected in you next bill. To purchase you can call Celcom customer careline 1111 or 1 300 111 000.
7. Why my internet broadband is slow??
Celcom we always provide you with the best speed your line can support, but we can't guarantee that you'll receive a certain speed. Speeds aren't fixed, and the rate you'll get mainly depends on your phone line and how far you live from the telephone exchange. Speeds will also fluctuate as the number of people using the network changes.
But you can enhance the performance of the broadband by downloading ccleaner. It will optimize yr laptop as it will remove unwanted file, memory dumps, cache file. Those are the files that caused the line to be slow as it effect the performance of your laptop or desktop.
8. My internet broadband is slow than usual. Before this its ok. What the hell happened??
Try moving places where you usual sit to use broadband. Its because the place that you usually sit probably has interference with the electronic appliances. Try to stay away from electronic appliances like mobile phone, radio. Just stay away from elecronic appliances that has wave signal.
9. I ve subscribe RM68 monthly broadband. But why i have to pay more than RM68. Do i have to pay more like this every month??
For first time charges in your bill, celcom will charge you pro rate and duty stamp. What is Pro rate?? Customer Access fee (pro rate) applies to customers who have signed up for less than a full billing cycle. To explain further how they charge you is difficult. I advise you to call the customer careline for further explanation. For Celcom user you just dial the number 1111 and follow the prompt voice then lastly press 0 to talk to Celcom friendly operator.
For duty stamp, Celcom will charge you RM 10.
10. Why do Celcom charge me for the pro rate??
Dont you worry. Pro rate and duty stamp is for one time charges only. 2nd bill and onwards will be normal according to the package you choose.
